There have been a great number of studies performed over recent years to study the effect of Omega 3 fatty acids and ADHD and most of them were conclusive to the point that it has shown that fatty acid intake in needed amounts can reduce the hyperactivity and impulsive actions most commonly associated with ADHD.

After all, even though fish oil for children is marketed as being something that your child has to have and something that can help your child stay healthy and do better in school, parents can’t really be sure that fish oil for children is doing any real good for their children.
