Most parents would rather not have their children on medication at all. Unfortunately you are being told that is their only choice. Well, that is not your only option. There is another alternative, let’s take a look.

First of all most of the time the medication makes the situation even worse. We see cases where the drugs suppress the appetite and the child loses weight. So now the child is underweight which can not be healthy. In other cases it disrupts the sleep cycle, which also is not healthy either.
